Ed Helms on ‘Free Radio’

“Free Radio is improvised comedy that chronicles one dim-witted intern, Lance (played by Lance Krall) who jumps in to host a popular radio show when the real host defects to satellite radio. What follows is a glorious train wreck of botched celebrity interviews, on-air tantrums and generally lovable buffoonery.”

The Office’s Ed Helms appeared in Free Radio’s Season 2 premiere this week. Here are a few clips:

On the ‘Parks and Recreation’ set

I’ll have limited Internet access for most of today.

That’s because I’m visiting the set of ‘Parks and Recreation’! Hello Greg! Hello Mike! Hello Amy! Hello dirty bra!

I’ll post a full Tally-style report next week, just in time for the PandR series premiere — the filling in a delicious comedy sandwich served between two new episodes of ‘The Office.’ :)

In the meantime, watch this clip of Amy Poehler’s visit to ‘The Tonight Show’ this week, including a funny talking head scene from PandR:

Got questions for Andy Buckley?

Andy Buckley David Wallace The Office

I am so excited that I’ll be chatting with The Office’s Andy Buckley this weekend!

As you know, Andy plays Dunder Mifflin CFO David Wallace, and he has appeared (either in person or on the phone) in no less than nine episodes this season! And I’m sure we haven’t seen the last of him …

So I’m sure y’all have a few questions for him, right? :)

Submit your question here by 11pm PT tomorrow night, April 3rd.

Remember, non-spoilerish questions only. Thanks!

P.S. I may not be able to moderate many (if any) questions during the day on Friday. Just know that they’re in the queue! :)

The Office ‘Two Weeks’ Q&A with Aaron Shure

Aaron Shure joined The Office this season as a co-executive producer and writer. He was also an Emmy-winning producer and writer for the CBS comedy, Everybody Loves Raymond.

As with all other writers who have contributed OfficeTally Q&As, Aaron didn’t hesitate for a second to answer your questions about last week’s episode, Two Weeks. And almost as entertaining as his answers are his non-answers. ;)

Thank you, Aaron!

The Office Peeps Contest – FINALISTS

The Office Peeps Contest

Here are the 20 finalists of The Office Peeps Contest 2009, which was open for entries March 15-28.

It was terribly difficult picking my favorite 20 entries, and it actually took me a few hours. I was really struck with how funny and poignant Peeps can be, even in the simplest of scenes.

In any case, I hope you enjoy these Office Peeps as much as I did! Here they are, in no particular order. And thanks to all you peepologists for the care and detail you put into your creations!

Links: View the entries on pages 2-21 | Vote for your favorite

The top three vote-getters will receive prizes; the 1st place winner will receive an autographed mug signed by The Office cast!

P.S. In the interest of time, I had to make a judgement call and decided not to check each entry against video. The original rules still held up, though, I think.
