  1. how is exactly is this going to work? By “streaming” do they mean like the deleted scenes or webisodes, or will this be a one time live event?

  2. This is very cool. I’m hoping it’s going to be like the deleted scenes and webisodes instead of just a one off.

  3. I have the same question that kely has. I can’t be online at 9pm PT, but can I watch it later? Or is it a live streaming thing?

  4. Yeah, J’s got a point. We here on the East Coast aren’t as used to translating the time zones as others. What is 9 PT for us?

  5. Yay! This is so exciting! I can’t wait to see the producer’s cut of Branch Closing…I hope that it’s a live streaming thing. Do you think somebody will post the Producer’s Cut on YouTube?

  6. Wow, they do listen to us! A supersized episode one week and the special long one this week! My life couldn’t be any better.

  7. So since its midnight on the east coast will it be saved to the site or will that be the only chance for us to see it, because I doubt I’ll be able to stay up until midnight since I have to get up @ 6 the next morning in order to get ready and be at work by 8:30.

  8. So do you guys think that the episode they have on itunes will be the extended version or the tv version?

I hope hope hope it’s the extended version.

  9. My guess is that they will put the TV version on iTunes, but will put both the regular and the extended cut on the DVD.

  10. Thanks for the tidbit Dana! I actually got to thinking before I saw this that maybe I’d go to sleep and then get up at midnight so I could watch it, but now I don’t have to. Thanks again!

  11. I don’t think that people who live outside the US can watching the streaminng videos on nbc.com. Can streaming videos be recorded? Because I’m going to be relying on youtube for this one.

  12. Do we know how long the producer’s cut will be?

I’m so excited for this! We are moving to a new house on Thursday and won’t have our tv/internet set up until Friday, so this will allow me to still see the episode I thought I was going to have to miss! :)

  13. I know i won’t be getting any sleep on Thursday night! I hope it will get on Youtube. PEACE!

  14. OMG, I just realized I have a conflict w/this Producer’s cut…Jenna will be on Letterman Thursday night. That means for all of us on the east coast she’ll be chatting w/him around midnight. I can multitask in some situations, but I’m not sure I can handle this one. This might be too much excitment.

  15. It will be available for a week on NBC.com so you won’t have to watch at the same time Jenna is on Letterman.

  16. It’s awesome they’ve decided to do this, i think they’ll bring in more viewers this way. I read that Diwali was the highest rated episode of The Office!! Around 8 million viewers. I’m especially looking forward to the supersized, and hour-long episodes coming up! :) Besides, Jenna wrote that this is the “BEST EPISODE EVER” – which makes my anticipation insane!

  17. It’s 12:15- where’s the producer’s cut!?! I haven’t watched the episode yet and I’m dying here!!!

  18. Where is it?! I can’t see it… i’ve been refreshing the page for half an hour. It’s 12:30 (ET) and i’m going crazy wanting to see it! I didn’t get to see the regular episode at 8:30!

  19. I’m going nuts here! I am searching everywhere for the producer’s cut and I can’t find it. Help!

  20. Loved the part where Creed sells his computer equipment. Also Dwight going through the trash. And Meredith’s “Can you meet me in 20 minutes?” Too bad they don’t have an hour slot to show this every week!
