Buy Andy’s car!

While this car was previously listed on eBay, some issues came up and the listing had to be removed (the buyer explains everything in the new listing). All is good now, so bid with confidence!

Here’s your opportunity to own (and drive) a piece of Office history!

Andy Bernard’s car is now up for sale on eBay. Like, for realsies. The car, a 2001 Nissan Xterra SE, was prominently featured in the episode, ‘Did I Stutter?’ The car is being sold by its original owner — NBC is not affiliated with the sale of this car.

The complete auction package includes:

  • 2001 Nissan Xterra SE, used as Andy Bernard’s car.
  • One autographed “Dwight” bobble-head donated personally by Rainn Wilson.
  • A personal note of congratulations and a bonus gift basket from Jenna Fischer that will include signed items from the cast.
  • One newly released, autographed CD from Creed Bratton that marks his return to his rock and roll roots.

  1. OMG OMG OMG THAT IS SO RIDICULOUS!!!! I wish I needed a new car!!!

  2. i love when they make things referenced on the show happen in real life, haha- like the tripadvisor reviews for schrute farms also :o)

  3. This is awesome! I would so LOVE to have this car and the stuff for the show!

  4. Hahaha! That photo just made me spit my coffee out of my mouth, lol. Wth?

  5. That’s cool it belonged to one of the crew and they used it for the show.

  6. My husband and I actually need a second car, Buying this one would be a bonus!

  7. Wow, this is so awesome. How much did Dwight pay for it? I forgot what Andy’s ad said…

  8. This is the motherload of all bids…. I’m betting this car and prizes gets at least $50,000… Just an idea: The winner can make back all of the cash by selling rides in THE CAR :)

  9. That’s so great/funny. I thought that B-story had been left a little hanging – little did I know that it was going to be resolved that way! Now, if they throw in a guest-spot for the buyer I might actually consider..

  10. #12 – Angela key-scratched the Prius when Andy returned from anger management and announced all the changes he’s made in his life; including driving a more environment friendly car.

My guess is that’s why he was selling his X-Earth.

  11. Hilarious! I was wondering why the story wasn’t wrapped up of Dwight selling his car, and now I understand why. Hmmm…my hubby and I just might need a new car… :)

  12. #16: Are you sure? Last night when checking out the Xterra, Dwight pointed out the scratch running along the side of the doors. Andy called it a “uh…racing stripe.”

  13. The scratch was added by the standby painter for the episode. It was not a real scratch…..just paint that was removed later. “movie magic”!!!!

  14. #18: I remember that clip, too, and yes, it was the Prius that Angela keyed. Also, in that clip, Andy’s Prius was the minty green colour, and not blue as it’s shown as now. I guess he got a new paint job done?

  15. I’m not going to bid, but that picture of Dwight made me laugh like crazy.

  16. How sad is it that I just spent about 5 minutes looking at the signed script trying to figure out whose signature belongs to each actor?

  17. Do you get a 5% discount by being an OfficeTally reader?

[from tanster: LOL! that’s the biggest giggle i’ve had today!]

  18. So does the seller get to keep the excess value of the car, or does it go to charity? If the seller gets to keep the extra cash, I volunteer to have my car used in an Office episode and then auctioned off! I could use the money.

  19. I think John’s is the fourth one down on the left. I feel kinda lame for knowing that!

  20. I’ve recognized pretty much all of the autographs but I can’t find John’s. Anyone know which is his (or if it’s even on there?)

  21. That is so funny that they actually put the car on Ebay! It made me laugh so hard :)

  22. Angela Kinsey posted a MySpace blog saying the car belongs to Kim the hair designer on the show and she’s the one selling it.

  23. I’m gonna buy it and sell it for gas money for my Prius lol. Although, who would want an X-Earth? I’d much rather have a classic Trans-am than an X-Earth.

    Daniel

  24. I’m so glad I’m not the only who spent more time than one probably should have trying to figure out all the signatures.
