It seems that Toby putting his hand on Pam's knee shocked everyone so much, precisely because it seems most of them like Toby fairly well, that no one knew how to react, including Toby. After last week, it was a bit sad to not see much of the Jim/Pam story line. And if Toby leaves the office, I really hope he stays on like Ryan does and Jim did.
