JennaFischer: I only did a couple last year because it was literally 2 weeks after I fractured my back. I went to a studio in New York while I was stuck there recovering.
jen: Oh yeah. I love when you are on the commentaries.
lollynyc: Speaking of Target, what would you say is your favorite seasonal item there right now? I just picked up some summery plates and dishware.
JennaFischer: I like the garden section. I got a great birdfeeder hanger. And, I bought the little instant strawberry plant. I haven’t tried it yet.
JennaFischer: And, I’ve been in the baby section a lot :)
StephanieC: I saw the Cupcake Courier in Target. It was very exciting. :)
lollynyc: Thanks! I love the baby section even though I don’t know anyone pregnant :p
Mexicanity: How is Angela doing at work, how’s she feeling??
JennaFischer: Angela is doing great. We all take care of her. We make sure she has snacks and water and we are always having to break so she can go to the bathroom. Her bladder is the size of a lima bean.
JennaFischer: We tease her sometimes too. It’s cute. We ask her why she doesn’t come out from behind the copier.
Clare: awwwww so sweet
JennaFischer: I hope she doesn’t go into labor while we are still working. I am her driver if we do!
Mexicanity: Ha-ha, that is so cute! We wish her the best!
lemonade: What day do you have in the office pool for when she is going to have the little one?
JennaFischer: I didn’t enter the pool … it didn’t seem fair. Too much insider information.
JennaFischer: Ha! I just noticed I said “we” … I guess you can tell I’m pretty protective of that little one.
MNFan: Please convey our best wishes to her :)
JennaFischer: She is very appreciative of everyone’s support.
jen: What fun things happened at Angela’s baby shower that you can tell us about?
JennaFischer: Well, she got a lot of really cute stuff. I loved watching her open all of her gifts. It was a big group … probably close to 35 women. Many of them came in from Texas and Louisiana. Her Mom, Grandma, sisters, Aunts, and cousins. It was really cool. A bunch of southern ladies all drinking iced tea.
JennaFischer: She got a hilarious bunny robe from Kate.
jen: Thanks, Jenna.
JennaFischer: I kind of geek out over baby girl clothes. I think I gave her like 3 boxes of girl clothes that I had been collecting over the months from different places.
updog: if it was from Kate (Meredith), the robe probably opened very easily from the front

Angelica: I have been dying to know this: how many takes did you have to go through to get a good one when ed helms was singing rainbow connection to you?
JennaFischer: Oh boy … Angelica … that scene was SO HARD to get through.
shan: The crowd at the convention made him sing that a million times! So great :)
JennaFischer: Looking in his eyes was brutal. I laughed so much and we shot that at like 6am.
JennaFischer: Usually I don’t lose it so early in the day.
Angelica: I bet. I still can’t watch it without dying every single time.
mg714: we love ed’s singing! (And Ed himself, of course :) )
JennaFischer: We get pretty slap happy in the conference room scenes. Those are the hardest to keep it together. Because we get locked in the room all together for a couple of hours and it’s like romper room.

JennaFischer: I can take a couple of more questions but then I have to wind down.
JennaFischer: I have to get up early to do the local news rotation.

JennaFischer: Oh…Angela shot some more stuff on set recently for her Adventures with Angela page on NBC.com. I’m not sure when they will post. But she got some sweet stuff of people with the baby belly.
sorano916: I don’t know if this has been asked, but Jenna, will we ever see Pam’s old hairstyle and clothes again? Kind-of miss them. :lol
jen: We are all loving Fancy New Beesly this season!
Teheheman: I like old pam myself
JennaFischer: I don’t think we will see Pam’s old look … she has transformed as a person and that seems like it might be out of her personality. She might pull her hair back or something but I don’t see her totally going back. I miss it too. I especially miss her old wardrobe. I liked the button down shirts.
yarnseller: She’s who we fell in love with, after all. *smile*
JennaFischer: It’s a balancing act. We have to let the character to grow but we also don’t want her to seem a like a totally new person. I think we’ve done a pretty good job of letting her evolve slowly.
Mexicanity: a very good job :)
JennaFischer: If she stayed totally the same for 5 years it might get depressing.
lemonade: I agree, Jenna.
carl: I concur!
JennaFischer: I don’t know many women who keep exactly the same hairstyle for 5 years. I might think my hair is the same but then I’ll look at pictures and see that it was a little longer or a little darker or more layered.

Annie: Jenna: What is the biggest surprise about being part of such a huge TV hit? And … thanks for joining us here tonight!
JennaFischer: Annie, that is a great question … There were a lot of things that surprised me. I was surprised at how awesome and down-to-earth all of my co-workers are. It really debunked my preconceptions about success and Hollywood. I thought I would like being famous more than I really do. It all looks like so much fun … like premieres and parties and stuff. But when you are there, it is really just a big room full of strangers all standing around wondering who to talk to next and trying really hard to look cool
JennaFischer: So, I got over that part pretty quickly.

Is it true that whoever is leaving, that is what the spinoff show will revolve around? I want to say that I think it’s Andy … but I also read that “it’s kind of a shocker”. It gets me thinking =)
ok well i know that neither pam or michael are leaving. i will DIE if jim leaves!!!!!!!!! omg maybe it will be andy or angela. it couldn’t be dwight, right….hmmm….maybe it could ;)

After reading the TV Guide article and John’s thoughts about how Pam has to work some things out, and Jenna’s thoughts about how she has to deal with “being 30 and still answering phones” I would say Pam’s the one leaving. Which, hmm. I’m not sure how I feel about it, but I definitely think for her fictional character’s self’s sake it needs to happen eventually.

i think pam’s cool little fact we find out is that she has a tattoo no one knows about. and the office finds out and through the whole episode people are trying to figure out what it is. that would make for a fun time. :]

What a great interview! Unfortunately, I missed it. I would’ve hoped for someone to ask what her thoughts were on the new Office spin-off and perhaps if this is related to an Office character leaving Scranton.

I hope Jim doesn’t leave Dunder Mifflin! It will be weird not having him there. I already dealt with that once before I don’t want him to leave again…okay maybe im being a little selfish. I don’t want him leave….just yet…it makes me sad to say that!
