I absolutely loved Jenna on Fresh Air. I definitely got a bit choked up when she described her connection with Ken Kwapis. That’s beautiful and that’s why I feel The Office achieves such a higher level of art than most other television programs could even dream of achieving. Go Jenna and Go NPR for appreciating the actress and the masterpiece that is our show.

Wow, I listened to the NPR interview, totally worth 37 minutes of my day. I actually cried when she talked about Angela being with her at the hospital when she hurt her back.

The part about the 4-Pam’s and 4-Jim’s auditioning together for 2 days was also sweet, I love that she and John both felt that there was some chemistry between them.

SO SO great! I cannot believe that Dave Ryan is still on the air – when I was listening to KDWB in….the early nineties, I was in junior high…there was his voice every day. So that interview was like TWO legendary people in ONE interview. wow!

and yeah, there is nothing funnier than the idea of Jenna kind of not getting it for two weeks of working with lingerie-clad svetlana & Co…

It’s cool they got to meet the Sandman. I’d like to see Adam and Jenna hook up in a movie, and I think the most likely movie to do it in is the one that Judd Apatow’s directing given Apatow helped her get into the biz. Though I’m not so sure that’ll be the movie since an interview with Rogen said they’ve pretty much got their casting out of the way and here Jenna said she just first met him, though that could just mean nothing.

I absolutely loved her interview. She is just so amazingly classy and elegant and wonderful. My favorite line is “You are my favorite Jim.” I wish that the writers would incorporate that line in the show somehow. It feels like it could easily mean, “I love you” on the show. I heart you, Jenna! You are my favorite Pam!

Anyone know who some of the other Pams/Jims/Michaels/Dwights were? If I remember correctly, wasn’t Alec Baldwin a candidate for Michael? Or was it someone else? I think it’s interesting how there were 4 people for each…I can’t imagine any of the characters being played by someone else.
