The guy next to Brian kind of looks like Bobby Ray Shafer(Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration).
The kids’ crying didn’t seem as genuine the second time around, but very funny the first time. And as a Cowboys fan, I know what that’s all about ;)
Yeah I was thinking Bob Vance too.
I think it’s Tom Arnold due to his voice. Bobby Ray Shafer has a deeper voice than that.
I googled who they were and it said Tom Arnold with Brian.
