   I thought Jim has been very thoughtful and sweet this season especially…never really smug. Jeez, William Charles Schneider. You sound like Ryan.

   Good – hopefully the “new boss” can put the smug Jim in his place. Instead of the usual show angle of making Jim this infallible everyman who never errs.

   And it looks like we’ll have even more “uncomfortable” scenes with Michael. Whereas Michael’s inane behavior was amusing in earlier seasons, by now it just seems so cartoonish.

   I don’t think that NBC should release so many sneak peaks. One Minute means 1/20 of the whole episode. But maybe those are deleted scenes, like they did in “Goodbye, Toby” in Conan O’Brien, once.

   Paul Feig, the director of this episode (according to imdb.com), went to my high school!! I’m super excited for this episode! I think it’s going to be epic. And classy, of course!!!

    I wouldn’t get your hopes up about the JAM thing. If you read the description of the episode it says Jim pulls a prank on Dwight. It looks like the tux has something to do with the prank.
