I like this show because it’s science-geeky, creepy, quirky, funny, and a tinge X-Files-ish.

And that thing that had a hold of that guy’s heart last week was totally gross and awesome.

Are you guys watching this show?

I’m really loving “Fringe”! I was an Alias fan (JJ Abrams) and an X-Files fan, so this show is pretty much perfect for me.

[from tanster: i am a huge x-files fan, too! huge. ]

    OMG.

My friend made me watch this episode tonight. And man am I glad she did. HE SAW HER. IN THE RESTAURANT. OMG OMG. I don’t know these characters or even what is fully going on but I was still shocked at the end!

    fringe is awesome.
and it was great how they tied a LOST thing to it with the dead guy’s airplane tickets on Oceanic Air.

[from tanster: what?! which episode was that? the first one? totally missed it.]

I have to say I wasn’t sure about this show at first, but I, like others, am a huge X-Files fan (it equals my love for the Office, seriously, you have no idea) and thought I could at least give it a try. Have only seen the first two episodes, but am really enjoying it. It’s not like the X-Files, but some of the same themes I think. I can’t wait to watch more. ;)

tanster, it was the last episode. i can’t believe you didn’t notice. as soon as i saw it i did a happy dance cuz i’m LOST deprived like many other fans.

[from tanster: shoot. i'll have to re-watch it!]

the massive dynamic (official) website is up now! I’m such a nerd I tried to get on it the night of the Fringe premiere!

Well? What did you guys think of last night’s episode? I liked the whole “Olivia can’t tell distinguish her memories from John Scott’s memories” thing. Very cool.

I also really love the way this show is taking off. When Olivia met up the woman who insisted she was never there, and Olivia really had no idea…what has two thumbs and got chills? This gal.

and it was a great continuation of last week’s Death by Hallucination episode, which was really neat.

I also like the subtle mix of humor in the sci-fi drama. Dr. Bishop is endlessly entertaining. I too was skeptical before the show aired, due to the initially unfortunate presence of joshua jackson. but he really plays his character well. love this show.

I am surprised at how I have been drawn in by this show! Of course, I’m a major Lost fan so maybe I should have expected it.
Anyway, I’ve really enjoyed it so far!

Fringe rocks! It’s my fav drama now. It’s got a little of everything and gives me that warm fuzzy like the X Files used to.
