I used episodes from the first and second seasons do demonstrate topics in a paper for my managing diversity class. This show is very useful for business/marketing majors!!
I thought the NPR piece was really interesting. I like to hear an analysis of the characters.

At the camp I worked at this summer, we used scenes from Conflict Resolution when we started talking about what to do if we had a problem with another staff member.
