50: I think most of the actors are signed on for 8 seasons, and Carell is signed on for 7. Plus, the show is still ridiculously popular, so I’d say it will certainly be back next year.

I literally just had a mini heart attack when I read that headline. Once I read the rest of the article I realized it was a spoof and actually pretty funny, but I thought it was real for a second. I don’t even want to think about how am I going to react when the show actually does end. Speaking of which, does anybody know if The Office has been picked up for a 7th season yet?

hahaha, I almost had a heart attack when I saw this! (I am WAY too emotionally attached to this show!) And I told my friend who also loves The Office and she freaked out too! Then we saw it was from the Onion and we calmed down…
