I like that Pam and Jim finally talked and that they actually dedicated some time to the Ryan character for a change. But definitely not one of the funnier eps I've seen. When I heard this episode was going to be in Dwight's beat farm and the rest of the premise it seemed like it would be really funny. I think they totally shot an airball on this one. Unfortunately this is what happens when comedies also feature romantic relationships between the characters, some of the episodes focus too much on plot and not enough on laughs.
