Synopsis for ‘Frame Toby’ (Nov. 20):

AN OFFICE MESS — A mysterious person in the office has made a huge mess in the microwave and will not clean it up. Meanwhile, Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) has to come to terms with the fact that there have been certain personnel changes in his staff without his knowing. Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, B.J. Novak, Ed Helms, Leslie David Baker, Brian Baumgartner, Kate Flannery, Mindy Kaling, Angela Kinsey, Phyllis Smith, Oscar Nunez, Paul Lieberstein and Creed Bratton also star.

James in Gary, Ind.: On The Office, Ryan hasn’t said word one since he got back. What’s going on with him and his cracked relationship with Kelly?
Mindy Kaling herself tells me, “This might be a spoiler, but I think it’s pretty clear that Ryan is only interested in the sort of sexual, physical relationship for Kelly—which I don’t really know if Kelly realizes or not. But it seems that’s the extent of it.” Will Kelly ever find anyone who treats her right? “You will find out in the spin-off, The Kelly Kapoor Story. I was just told today.”

Jen in Tucson, Ariz.: Is Amy Ryan sticking around The Office?
Something tells me that last week’s teaser of the big boss David Wallace finding out about Michael and Holly (Amy Ryan) dating will not bode well for the new happy couple. I hear that Michael (Steve Carell) soon will be telling everyone he’s getting married, but that’s not true, and Miss Holly Flax goes AWOL.

Jones in New Orleans: Will we ever see Toby again on The Office?
I hear he may pop back very soon! (See Holly-AWOL spoiler above.) I’m also hearing that Jim and Dwight will realize they have a common enemy, a female in the office, and it’s not someone you would suspect.

Information about the November 13th episode, ‘Business Trip’:

From Scranton to Winnipeg: The Office goes north

Oct. 21: Ask Ausiello

Question: Please tell me The Office is keeping Amy Ryan around permanently. She is perfect for Michael! — Heather

Ausiello: You’re preaching to the choir, my dear. Unfortunately, I hear producers have yet to approach Ryan about punching in full time. But maybe they’re just afraid of rejection; the Oscar nominee is in high demand, and likely keeping her options open. Whispers an Office insider: “I think she’s hoping to do both, but have the flexibility to take a great movie gig when it comes along.” Here’s hoping it never comes along!

Synopsis for ‘Business Trip’ (Nov. 13):

CANADA BOUND — Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) is ecstatic when David Wallace (Andy Buckley) decides to send him on a business trip to Canada. Andy (Ed Helms) and Oscar (Oscar Nunez) become unlikely friends when Michael decides to bring them along on the trip. Meanwhile, Jim (John Krasinski) is counting down the days until Pam (Jenna Fischer) gets back from art school. Rainn Wilson, B.J. Novak, Leslie David Baker, Brian Baumgartner, Kate Flannery, Mindy Kaling, Angela Kinsey, Phyllis Smith and Creed Bratton also star.

Oct. 20: Watch With Kristin

Linda in Hermosa Beach, Calif.: Office me, mama!
Huge week for Dwangela. Or to be more specific, Dwight (Rainn Wilson). The reality of Angela’s (Angela Kinsey) engagement is finally catching up to him, and he’s genuinely heartbroken. The only person he can turn to is Phyllis (Phyllis Smith), and her wise advice? Give Angela an ultimatum. You can only imagine how well that goes?

Oct. 13: Watch With Kristin

Sally in Hartford, Conn.: Kristin, what’s the scoop on my favorite new Office couple, Michael and Holly?
Last week I told you Dunder Mifflin was getting robbed, but I didn’t say how. It looks like Michael (Steve Carell) and Holly (Amy Ryan) are so distracted by their lip-locking action they forget to lock up. Michael is getting some booty! Holler!

Wanda2Saints: Tell me about PB&J. How are they doing?
They’re doing well, except for the fact that long-distance relationships are hard. There are a couple of upcoming incidents where phone snafus cause confusion and uncertainty between Pam and Jim. (Don’t butt-dial, people, it always goes wrong!)

Oct 10: NBC Universal Media Village

Synopsis for ‘Customer Survey’ (Nov. 6):

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT — Dwight (Rainn Wilson) and Jim (John Krasinski) are shocked when they get the results of the annual customer survey report. Pam (Jenna Fischer) and Jim decide they want to spend every minute together using their bluetooth phones. Meanwhile, Angela (Angela Kinsey) and Andy (Ed Helms) pick an unusual location for their wedding. Steve Carell, B.J. Novak, Leslie David Baker, Brian Baumgartner, Kate Flannery, Phyllis Smith, Oscar Nunez and Creed Bratton also star.

IGN has reviewed this week’s episode, Business Ethics.

Oct. 8: Ask Ausiello

Question: It seems as if the spoiler well has run dry for The Office. Did you get your wrist slapped for revealing too much about the “momentous event in the rain”? — Eileen
Ausiello: Please. Those guys love me over there. In fact, just the other day one of the show’s writers floated the idea of not buying me a drink [from tanster: Ausiello links to OfficeTally here!]. How cool is that? And if it’s a massive Office spoiler you crave, it’s time to manage your expectations, ’cause all I got is Melora Hardin confirming that we will eventually meet Jan and Michael’s unborn demon spawn. “You will see the baby,” she says. “You will eventually see how Jan is as a mother and you will also see how Michael is as a surrogate father.”

Oct. 6: Korbi TV

Jim and Pam are engaged!!! Finally. Shotgun Office wedding in the works? — Carrie
Um, no. We’ve got another long wait ahead of us. When this week’s episode opens, Jim hasn’t even shared the big news with his Dunder-Mifflin co-workers yet… though Pam does persuade him to do so. Still, things will move at a slow pace. I’m hearing we won’t even see Ms. Beesly in this Thursday’s half hour. Instead, Jim spends the ep quite productively, practicing his greatest skill: torturing Dwight K. Schrute.

Since The Office is my favorite show, can you please give me a hint on what Meredith’s ethical misconduct might be? — John
Meredith’s ethical misconduct includes sex, lies and … steak.

Oct. 6: Watch with Kristin Show

At around the 4:30 mark:

When is Jan going to give birth on the Office?
Kristin: We won’t see the actual act but then again, neither will Michael. It looks like Jan shows up for her baby shower with the baby already in tow and that just might push Michael over the edge to finally go for it with Holly Flax.

Anders in Omaha, Neb.: Where are The Office spoiler-game answers?!
Here they are. Keep in mind I know the true ones to be true, but the false ones could end up being true, too…We’ll see!

1. Pam cheats on Jim: false
2. Dwight births a watermelon: true
3. Angela and Andy make sweet, sweet love: false
4. Dunder Mifflin gets robbed: true
5. Jim gets in an accident on the way to see Pam in New York: false
6. Dwight bids on Phyllis in an auction: true

7. Phyllis blackmails Angela: true
8. Creed leaves Scranton to join a rock band: false
9. Andy has no man parts: false
10. Kevin could be the father of Jan’s baby: true
11. Michael names Jan’s baby “Ass-turd”: true
12. Ryan and Kelly get engaged: false

Anna in Dallas: It’s almost been two whole weeks since we’ve seen The Office, I want some scoop!
Meredith is in trouble! In this week’s episode, “Business Ethics,” the office will discover that she’s been whoring herself out for supply discounts. We also find out a few other juicy tidbits about the Dunder Milfflinites: Someone downloads pirated music, someone called immigration on Oscar and someone has “never” stolen company time. Any guesses as who is who?

Florencia in Argentina: What’s the scoop on Michael and Holly Flax on The Office?

Holly (Amy Ryan) and Michael (Steve Carell) have their first lunch date during “Business Ethics,” and it doesn’t go very well. Not only does Michael throw away her lunch, but he proceeds to talk about chastity belts throughout the meal. Poor Michael—or really, poor Holly.

Holly (guest star Amy Ryan) and Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) take the long trip to Nashua after they get some shocking news from corporate. Meanwhile, Dwight (Rainn Wilson) torments Andy (Ed Helms) and tries to get under his skin. John Krasinski, B.J. Novak, Ed Helms, Leslie David Baker, Brian Baumgartner, Kate Flannery, Mindy Kaling, Angela Kinsey, Oscar Nunez, Creed Bratton and Craig Robinson also star.

  1. 1651. beer me, Milwaukee

Good episode..definitely not my favorite finale, it should have been supersized..or an hour. And where was my girl Kelly at??! Thought we might see some Kelly/Andy love as a surprise or something crazy like that!

Erin saying BOOYAH got andy a little blood rush, don’t ya think?! HA!

Jenna and John (and Steve of course!) are such phenomenal actors…totally deserving of every award! I mean, the whole show should be nominated & winning for everything!!

  2. 1650. gatinha

JAMbino is an awesome name! Love it!

  3. 1649. AndIHaveWorms

Oh yeah, and I think Jambino should be the baby’s nickname!

  4. 1648. AndIHaveWorms

Several of us were talking in the chatroom about tonight’s episode, and we all think it would be a great idea to have a predictions page for season six! What do ya say, Tanster? Predictions on whether the Jam baby will be a boy or girl… etc. :-)

I think it would be a hit! Pretty please? ;-)

  5. 1647. Only Eight Nards

    Totally called Brian Stack!

  6. 1646. pk

omg!!! did you guys see what just happened???

  7. 1645. jp halpsly

Could the pregnancy and the ‘twist with repercussions well into next season’ be that Michael and Holly go off together during the picnic and make a baby?

  8. 1644. Olivia

I am going to guess that the relationship that does not progress is Jim and Pam’s.

Don’t get me wrong – I love them together. I just thing that all of the spoilers that have been released – the pregnancy spoiler and then Pam going to the hospital and all of the stuff about the wedding – are meant to make us think that they are going to get married or Pam’s going to be pregnant (or both). I think they are trying to lead us off the trail.

My guess is the pregnant one is Holly. I think that’s why she and her boyfriend are shopping for a house.

  9. 1643. rockin'robin

OMG you guys, watch this promo!!

    Link

Maybe the big twist is that the scranton branch shuts down and moves somewhere else. I dunno, but that’s what I got outta that promo, all the scranton workers seem super hypo + Jim and Dwight are getting in the same car!! What do ya think?

  10. 1642. Guy Incognito

I would think that Todd Packer is the not-seen-since-Season-2 character coming back; for good reason as he presumably still works for Dunder Mifflin in some capacity.

If Pam is indeed the character that is pregnant I’m going to be pretty disappointed as that’s not what her character needs attm after her recent career change. Angela would be a whole lot funnier to see. Obviously it would be Dwight’s baby as she and Andy never got “there.”

  11. 1641. jp halpsly

1647. Garbage: Do all of your predictions involve Katy having Jim’s kid? This is like the third time you’ve predicted that.

  12. 1640. NotaBadDay

Tanster, didn’t you tell us that you saw every scene filmed in the finale except ONE? Do you know what happened during that scene? Just askin. Not that I can pry it out of you. Cookie, Tanster. Cookie… :-)

  13. 1639. jif08

person we haven’t seen since season 2

    stacy.
(poor kevin…how’s he gonna handle lynn AND stacy)

  14. 1638. SSE

Just because one relationship doesn’t progress, it doesn’t mean it will regress, either, right? Surely you can tell us that much, Tanster??? I’m getting sooooo anxious!

  15. 1637. tanster

I am just about ready to explode, holding all this information in. :)

  16. 1636. Garbage

Maybe Jim and Pam will have a huge fight and break up. How awesome would that be? Ooh what if Katy comes back and has a kid that turns out to be Jim’s and he has to pay child support now? Now that would be a great twist.

  17. 1635. Sharon J

I think the surprise is that when Pam is rushed to the hospital for her ankle, they find out she’s pregnant when they run a blood test or something.

  18. 1634. Lightning Swing

@ 1642: Karen was pregnant in the episode, “Lecture Circuit”, so there’s a possibility that she could be on maternity leave. I can’t wait for tonight’s season finale and to see what the big twist is at the end!

  19. 1633. Scrantonicity 3

I’m upset it’s only a half hour episode!

  20. 1632. jp halpsly

I’m guessing that the relationship that does not progress will be JAM’s. Not to say that they’ll regress or have some sort of negativity, they’re just in a stable place right now.
