I also believe that in the unfolding events of the interview and such, that the Big twist is that Scranton Branch will be temporarily relocated to New York. For one it would reflect "the big changes" as noted by BJ and it would explain Daniels quote "seeing more of new york in the next season" or something to that effect. Everyone would be affected by this and it would leave the possibilies of Jaren/Jam dramas to continue in S4. I think Jan has left corporate, thus the open position.
