  1. oooooh… i NEED to know what that scene w/ jim and the girl was about.

  2. I bet Jim was talking to a girl from the high school, but what about?? I need to know too!

  3. It’s easy to tell what the scene in the high school is all about.

“You’re dating KAREN instead of PAM? You disgust me.”

  4. Tanster – Any chance you’ve been able to upload Rashida’s Martha appearance yet? Thanks so much everything!

  5. Tanster- thanks for the non-spoiler support group link lol, i thought i was all alone!

  6. My friend Ryan is in Take:) He didn’t have much to do with David but said he was really nice.

  7. If you haven’t seen it yet, look at the third picture with Andy in the pictures section at NBC. Here’s the link

I didn’t know it was possible to make a face like that.

  8. umm, if they move it to the same time spot as Grey’s, they’re going to either lose viewers or SERIOUSLY mess up people’s nights. Some losers (like me) still don’t have Tivo. DUH! The super-sized episodes are killing me as it is — I have to watch the shows at my mom’s house, where she has two VCRs.

think of the fans, people. think of the fans.

  9. NO it’s definitely Jim talking to Andy’s girlfriend. That conversation better be in the DVD deleted scenes.

  10. Is there any truth to the 9 PM rumor, or is that just the writer’s opinion? The 1-hour rumor is substantial, coming from NBC people.

  11. I don’t know why people are complaining about The Office moving. Grey’s is gonna suck next season anyway because so many people are leaving. And I have NO IDEA how anyone could choose to watch Grey’s over The Office. Seriously, it’s a prime-time soap opera. That’s all it is. I have watched it before, and I do not understand what the big fuss is over it. The Office could take down Grey’s any day of the week. Think about it, Dwight could beat the crap out of McDreamy and McSteamy combined. He DOES have a purple belt!

  12. No, that’s definitely not Andy’s girlfriend in the new picture. The clothes are different, her hair isn’t long enough…oh, and their faces are different. There’s that, too.

  13. The Office Fanatic –
I’d love to think that The Office would blow away Grey’s, but it’s simply not so. Some people just don’t get the amazing humor. I’m personally worried about what a move to 9pm would do… But I have faith in NBC. They’ve done right by The Office so far, and hopefully will make the best decision here!

  14. If that’s not Andy’s girlfriend, I reckon she must be her bff and she and Jim ended up stuck together while waiting for Andy and his yogurt chef girl to talk things through.

  15. You people have to factor in CSI with Grey’s b/c that is on at the same time so between the two shows I don’t know.

I watch CSI and Grey’s (well not so much Grey’s) so it will suck for me since I already have to tape everything.

OO and next semester I have class on Thursday nights
    :(

  16. woahh.. that’s DEFINITELY not Andy’s girlfriend pictured with Jim. someone else entirely.

  17. Wouldn’t it make more sense to have The Office lead in at 8/7C for an hour then Earl/30Rock at 9/8C? It wouldn’t matter much to me, cause I don’t watch those other shows anyway, but a lot of other people do and I wouldn’t want to see TO shed fans and then NBC not care about it anymore.

  18. theres a whole gallery of picture from product recall on nbc’s site. They all show various situations that we did not see and the debate was whether or not those are production photos or unaired scenes. My argument is that you do not see any film equipment so those must be unaired scenes. And thats not “Drew’s” girlfriend either…

  19. I didn’t get all the fuss about that being Andy’s girlfriend or not, but its not her. Looking at the link that “Post-it Thief” posted, in the sixth picture (left to right, top to bottom), while Andy discusses with his girl, Jim is talking to the student sitting on the bench, and you can see her shoe by Andy’s knee (yes, that was weird to find but didn’t take that long).

  20. I don’t think “The Office” could stare down “Grey’s” or CSI without a ridiculous change in format and a loss of the content we all love the show for. Greys and CSI are both splashy, sexy, mainstream programs (that I watch too–not saying there is anything wrong with that), with “Grey’s” pulling in 20+ million viewers on an average week, while the Office is comfortable at 5-6 million per week. I agree with the article that introducing all three programs at the same time would do well to bolster variety, but I worry about NBC. The network has a track record of not letting things settle and grow (“The Office” is an exception here; NBC loves to cut new shows before they can grow roots), and I worry such a drastic move as expanding the show and schedule-scrambling could make for an uneven season if the idea doesn’t work out. I love the idea of an hour-long Office, and I think the 9:00 hour would suit it better (especially with eps like “Women’s Appreciation”), but maybe not Thursday…I almost wonder if NBC should scrap the idea of “Must See TV Thursday,” since it’s NOT must-see anymore, and make the Office a flagship on a new night.
    Wow. I’m saying a lot of things…
    CH

  21. The way things stand right now for me is that if “The Office” did move to 9 o’clock on Thursday it would work fine for me, because I don’t watch anything else at 9 o’clock on Thursday. As it is right now I have a conflict with it airing at 8:30 since it is up against “Ugly Betty”, but of course I’m sure I’m more the exception than the rule. The only reason I wouldn’t want it to be on at 9 o’clock is because of it going up against CSI and Grey’s and because those are the top 2 shows on right now that would probably cause a significant drop in its (The Office) viewership. Of course that said, NBC obviously needs to put something there and I think “The Office” probably has the best chance of success.

  22. you know, The Office is really the only show I watch. I watch Scrubs, Earl and 30 Rock from time to time, too. but it’s really just those four shows, and just The Office when it comes to watching every single week. I don’t get the appeal of CSI and ESPECIALLY Grey’s. I’ve never seen a less charismatic show in my life.

  23. “I don’t watch Grey’s… but that’s what little tivo is for.”

AH, so it’s a conspiracy to get everyone to buy Tivo. I see now.

Some of us still don’t have iPods OR Tivo’s and we’re happy plugging along (plugging, ha ha) without needing to have the latest and greatest technology. Just because it exists doesn’t mean everyone has to buy it.

    Until something like this happens.

  24. Same with me on CSI and Grey’s, Tyler … I too just don’t get it. I can barely tolerate a promo for Grey’s let alone an actual episode because for some reason Ellen Pompeo who plays Meredith on there just severely grates on my nerves (actually I might considering watching the show if it weren’t for her, but there is just something about her that drives me nutty). And as far as CSI, I just don’t get into shows like that … never have … probably never will.

  25. #26 – CH:: Wow. I’m saying a lot of things…

Lol. Amazing use of that quote!!!!

  26. I’m glad we have two TV’s. My wife and I enjoy watching Office and Grey’s together for 90 minutes, but there’s no doubt that I would choose the former, she the latter.

  27. FYI – There’s a play on words there with Scranton Royale. University of Scranton (my wife’s alma mater) sports teams are called the Scranton Royals.

  28. As a college student, I know that in that demographic it would be very close between the Office and Grey’s. In TiVo-less dorm rooms, there would be a massive exodus from room to room every commercial break.
