Work and Mindy

Radar Online has an interview, plus some cute photos, of Mindy Kaling:

Last season, the 28-year-old from Cambridge, Massachusetts, who plays dim-witted chatterbox Kelly Kapoor on the show, became a producer as well. In this online-only extended interview from Radar’s November issue, Kaling talks about about sexual harassment, Christopher Hitchens, and NBC’s new wild-child entertainment head, Ben Silverman.

Rated NSFW for a tiny bit of profanity.

  1. There are no words on how much I love her. Plus some really hot pictures of her too!

Thanks for the article. I always love Mindy interviews.

  2. Wow, Mindy! I can see why she gets harassed. That first picture of her would make any heart skip.

  3. That was kind of weird interview. I mean Mindy is awesome, but I could do with out all those s-bombs.
I know there was only two, but still. LoL.

  4. I just love Mindy. I see even greater things for her in the future. She’s such a great writer and I love her sarcastic sense of humor.

  5. Funny, endearing interview.

One by one, all of the previously-unknown actors are losing the ability to lead a normal, anonymous life. It sounds like Mindy has a bit more time. I’m glad.

  6. i think it’s a given that mindy=profanity, but that’s why i think she’s one of my favorite office writers. the girl is hilarious!

love the photos with this article too.

  7. Great article!

She says that the writers think less of the Jim & Pam storyline — so maybe that’s why there’s a bit of inconsistency with their backstories of who started at DM first.

  8. Such beautiful photos! They really give off the fun vibe that just *is* Mindy. I’m beginning to love her more and more. Thanks so much for posting the link.

  9. “I think it’s inevitable that there will be some great thing with me, Ben, Hilary Duff, and James Franco where we all have a lost weekend.”

    SO FUNNY. man, she’s hilarious.

  10. Mindy has the best interviews and the most hilarious blog. I’d party with her in a heartbeat.

  11. Mindy’s interviews are so distinctively amazing that I would know it was her even if her name wasn’t in it.

  12. There’s also a snippet of an article with Mindy in the latest Esquire (also Rashida’s in there too) but I don’t have a scanner and can’t find a link. If anyone has it, post it, the little Mindy article is hilarious about how to impress a funny girl.
