AFI names ‘The Office’ one of 2008′s best TV shows

The American Film Institute has named ‘The Office’ an outstanding TV show of 2008.

The complete list includes “Breaking Bad,” “In Treatment,” “John Adams,” “Life,” “Lost,” “Mad Men,” “The Office,” “Recount,” “The Shield” and “The Wire.”

The awards will be presented January 9th.

   I’ve seen various well-known entertainment/critic sites that list The Office among their top 10 shows of the year. That really is an honor.
