   All I can tell you is how to clear the cache/temporary internet files with Internet Explorer. You go to Tools, click “Delete Browsing History” and then choose “Delete Files” under Temporary Internet Files”.

   Yay! I loved Allison’s design, I’m so happy it won. Great work everyone, though!

   To Clear Your Internet Cache:

   Follow these menus: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options. When this comes up, there will be a thing that says “Delete Files” (about 1/2way down the box). Click on this. Your internet cache will be emptied. A warning: This takes a long time, mine has taken up to 10 minutes before. And also, it deletes your saved passwords and whatnot (I think!)

   Great choice! I really liked all of her entries. I started messing with some, but that 20K limit killed me…she did a great job with the constraints!

   I’m in the same boat as #15 iHaveaDundie. I can refresh my page but the banner doesnt change and I have no earthly clue how to clear my cache browser. Can someone help?
