    I really liked the second clip b/c it seems like no one ever acknowledges what a d-bag Andy used to be. I re-watch Season 3 episodes and I have forgotten how horrible he was b/c in the last few years he has become one of the most likable characters in the office. I don’t mind the 180 in personality, I understand people change, but I appreciate them acknowledging it.

    Andy’s hardly done a 180. He always had a streak of boyish sweetness and a wild hair of crazy, and he still does. Anger management just shifted the balance a little.

    The expression on Jim’s face when Helene says, “do you know how long it has been since I’ve orgasmed” is priceless. I like in the second clip seeing Andy acknowledge his former d-baggery.
