As Michael Scott has been making me cringe more and more, Steve Carell just keeps gaining my admiration! Thanks for posting this interview.
By the way, I saw “Dan in Real Life” today and thought it was quite sweet (and it even had me teary-eyed a couple of times). Solid performance by Steve and the rest of the cast.

You should see the rest of Leno that night. Manny Ramirez of the Boston Red Sox follows and has a good time with Steve, a Boston native. Besides Manny not understanding the questions Leno posed, he tries to play it off by giving Steve a pound! Steve’s face is hilarious.
Aww Steve! what a wonderfully genuine guy. It’s so nice to see one of those in the Hollywood arena.
Oh, and for anyone who is skeptical about Dan In Real Life, it is majorly worth it. If the family values feel a little cheesy to you, at least give the music a chance – the soundtrack rocks.
