The Office set visit, 2008

I was escorted to the studio, and walked by the makeup tables where Miz Angela Kinsey was getting a touch-up. I gave her a hug!

I was then escorted to the Green Room, where guests can watch “The Office” being filmed on two monitors. (This used to be the script supervisor’s room.)

Nice, no? I guess with the increased popularity of the show, they’re getting more visitors to the set, and needed a nice comfortable place where they could hang out.

This was posted on the door leading directly to the set. The last line says: “Winner splits the pot with the baby.”

Angela is absolutely adorable. She would periodically find me, either in the Green Room or backstage, to show me the latest Angela Martin accessory, such as this purse, which covers her belly whenever she is on camera.

She has become very adept at holding and swinging the purse for maximum coverage. “Nice pursework!”

After getting settled in the Green Room, I asked for a copy of the day’s call sheet. The call sheet lists every scene that is to be filmed that day, along with any special activities that would be happening.

The call sheet for that day listed approximately 17 scenes to be filmed for the Season 4 finale, along with two talking head scenes for next week’s episode, “Night Out.”

Activities included visits from TV Guide and the CBS Morning News, and assembly for a first-ever Office cast and crew photograph!

   I think it’s funny that the typing test in that photo of Jenna’s desk is the same one I used to get the job I’m at. hahaha.. I guess I really AM the incarnate Pam Beesley.

   Hi Tanster,

   Just wondering since the Season Finale has now aired are you still bound by that confidentiality agreement? If not, can you share if you were privy to any spoilers when you were on set? Did you know Andy and Angela were the ones getting engaged? Did you know Jim and Pam didn’t get engaged? Just wondering how much you had to keep confidential. Thanks!

    I have to say, I’m freaking jealous of Tanster and her Prom portrait with John! and those pictures of him are squeeeeeeeeeeelightful

    Hi Jennie! What a lucky girl you are!!! I haven’t been able to get on my computer for a week. My internet service is sending me a new modem. {I don’t know much about computers}I tried for an hour today before I got on, I hope that when I get the new modem it will fix the problem. Also I can get DSL in June I think. It is nice to live in the country but it takes a while for things to get here. I am so very happy for you that you got to meet everyone, tomorrow is Thursday!!! I tried to look up all your pictures but can’t bring the pages up. Thank you again for a wonderful fan site.
