Support David’s cause

In David Denman’s (”Roy”) latest MySpace post, he details his experience training for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon to be held on September 17th.

His goal is to raise $5,000 to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

   Man, I started running recently and was toying with the idea of entering a 5K race. But a triathlon!!! I’d puke up a lung.

   I wonder if this is how he got in shape or if he was inspired by slimming down for season 3. Roy still stinks, but good job by David.
