The Office’s Jenna Fischer, Rainn Wilson, Kate Flannery, and Creed Bratton attended ‘CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute’ on Saturday night.
CNN Heroes honors 10 ordinary people who have done extraordinary things.
One man, Jorge Munoz, drives a bus all day long, goes home to his family, and together they cook 150 meals in their kitchen for the homeless. They drive their truck to the same corner each night and hand out the meals. He gets food donated and keeps it in six refrigerators around his house!
Another man, Roy Foster, was a homeless veteran. He pulled himself off the streets and now dedicates himself to getting other vets off the streets as well. He has a halfway house that provides food, shelter, and as he puts it, “camaraderie.” His motto is “no man left behind.”
It was an AMAZING night. I think this show is a great way to kick off the holidays. It has certainly put me in a more giving, patient, and loving place.
CNN: An All-Star Tribute airs Thanksgiving night, 9pm ET.

Please post if you go!
The Office’s Creed Bratton just posted his first MySpace blog yesterday:
Hi from Creed at work
It’s been a long time since I’ve communicated with everyone.
In fact it’s my 1st time……..I’ve been off in Iceland (amazing place/cool folks).
So he was in Iceland! I thought he was pulling my leg. :)

Starpulse has a nice interview with Creed Bratton, including a video clip from his Grass Root days:
You have to love any story that contains the line, “Cut to a night of drinking ouzo. The next morning I wake up and it looked like a bomb went off in the place and my tongue is bigger than my head.” Now, is it that surprising this was spoken by Creed from “The Office”? Well, not Creed on “The Office,” but the real life Creed Bratton who plays Creed on “The Office.”
Other than that story which reveals why he changed his name to Creed, he talks about his time with The Grass Roots in the 60s and his long, kind of amazing, journey that led to playing the fan favorite character — or possibly playing a version himself …

P.S. Creed appears in the Grass Roots video starting around 1:30.
I just got off the phone with The Office’s Creed Bratton. He called to thank me for coming to visit the set. How sweet is that?
He also let me know that he’ll be playing a gig in San Diego this week. I asked him to send me his full calendar so I can post it on OfficeTally. You guys would love to see him perform live, right?
Lastly, he told me he’s planning to visit Iceland. “It’s so Creed,” he said. “I’m going to Iceland because I heard there are fairies there. I’m going to look for them under rocks. If anyone can find them, Creed can!”
I love him.
