Happy Friday, y’all! I thought this was the cutest thing ever.
William says: “It’s a parody song video I made to “Hey There Delilah”, it’s called “Hey There Pam.” I confess my love to her in this song haha. This song is very tongue in cheek and has a lot of references to The Office that I think fans could relate to. I even act at the end spoofing the talking head. :)”
Steve Carell, who portrays the inept regional manager on NBC’s hugely popular The Office, says he’ll be with the Emmy-winning comedy for at least another three seasons despite his burgeoning big-screen career.
“All of the main cast are signed for three more. Beyond that, I have no idea.”
Season 4 brought significant changes to our fair accountant — she lost her cat, lost her soulmate, and then lost her freaking mind when she said yes to Andy! And judging by the final moments of the season, the sparks will continue to fly in the fall.
Happy Birthday to one of our favorite leading ladies (and The Office’s best new mommy), Angela Kinsey!
Award nomination: Steve Carell has been nominated for two Teen Choice Awards — Choice TV Actor: Comedy and Choice Movie: Bromantic Comedy (Dan in Real Life).
Updated post: Steve Carell Week has been updated with a few new items. (If you haven’t watched any of the clips in that post, head straight for the two funniest ones — ‘The Daily Show’ and ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live.’)
Updated post: the TV Land Awards post now includes video of ‘The Office’ footage shown during the awards, and Ricky Gervais.
I reworded some entries so that they would either fit in the bubbles better (the bubbles are super small) or because I wanted to take it in a slightly different direction. But the credit is all yours …
Congratulations to Alison for the prize winning entry!
Thanks for playing ‘Say What?’ — we will definitely be doing this again. Sometime soon!
As we are currently experiencing a heatwave in the SF Bay Area (it’s supposed to hit 93º today) and my condo has no A/C, I will be spending the day in a nice air conditioned mall or cafe. With wifi, of course.
